Full Project Leadership
Your project is strategic. But no one on the team really has time to lead it. I take charge of operational leadership from end to end: coordination, tracking, team facilitation, risk management and change management.
You keep the vision and the decisions. I make sure the project moves forward.

Your project deserves better than leadership squeezed between two meetings
A strategic project demands time, method, and constant attention. When it's led alongside other responsibilities, difficulties show up quickly.
Maybe:
- no one really has time to lead the project day to day
- progress depends on everyone's availability
- meetings produce few concrete decisions
- governance bodies are poorly prepared
- risks are identified but rarely tracked
- teams are working hard but lack alignment
- deadlines are starting to slip with no clear explanation
The project moves forward, but without a real conductor to keep it on course.

Concrete support, directly embedded in the project
I take charge of leading the project, from structuring it through to delivery. My role isn't to observe or advise from a distance. I act as the operational lead, working directly with the project's teams and stakeholders.
Coordination & tracking: action follow-up, reminders, progress, informal check-ins with teams… 360° tracking.
Governance bodies: preparation, facilitation, minutes, tracked decisions
Risk management: identification, tracking, mitigation plans, on an ongoing basis
Team facilitation: workshops, team check-ins, stakeholder engagement
Tracking tools: building tools tailored to your context, or using the tools you already have internally
Change management: the great forgotten piece of project management — this part is key to a successful transformation and is included in my offer
This support is for you if…
✔ You're launching a transformation and need a dedicated lead
✔ Your team knows the business but lacks project management expertise
✔ Your project carries major stakes or a non-negotiable deadline
✔ You want to keep control of decisions without managing day-to-day operations
✔ You've already tried internal leadership without getting the expected results
✔ You're looking for an experienced perspective able to bring teams on board and maintain momentum
How does the engagement work?

An approach tailored to your organization
Two modes of engagement are possible:
Embedded with your team: I work directly alongside the teams, on-site, remotely or in a hybrid mode. I take part in the life of the project and have full visibility into operational matters.
Outsourced leadership: I act as an external project manager with regular check-ins, ongoing coordination and structured tracking. A solution well suited when teams are already in place but lack a dedicated leadership resource.
01 — Scoping call (duration: 1h)
I get to know your project, your context, your constraints. Together we define the scope of the engagement, the mode of intervention, and the expected deliverables.
02 — Launch & structuring
Taking over the existing project or building it from scratch: schedule, tracking tools, governance, clarified roles. We lay the groundwork before moving forward.
03 — Operational leadership
Coordinating actions, facilitating teams, managing risks, preparing governance bodies. I handle the tracking - you make the decisions.
04 — Regular progress updates
You have constant visibility into progress. No surprises. If something's stuck, you find out right away.
05 — Delivery & handover
The project is delivered, the teams are autonomous. I make sure the organization no longer needs me: that's what a successful project looks like.
What this engagement changes, concretely
✔ A project that moves forward
Schedule on track, actions followed up, blockers removed. You stop managing emergencies and start making decisions.
✔ A team that's on board
Not just coordinated. Engaged, aligned, and understanding why they're doing what they're doing.
✔ Zero surprises
Risks are identified and tracked. Bad news arrives early, while there's still time to act.
✔ An autonomous organization
By the end, your teams know how to do it. The project is delivered and what comes next is structured.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a project leadership engagement last?
It depends entirely on your project. An engagement can last a few weeks for a targeted project, or more than a year for a complex transformation. We define an estimated duration together during the scoping phase, with the flexibility to adjust as the project progresses.
What does a project leadership engagement cost?
I work on a day-rate or fixed-fee basis, depending on the context. The price depends on the mode of intervention, the volume of days, and the duration of the engagement. We discuss it during the scoping call, with no commitment.
Do you replace our internal project manager?
If an internal project manager already exists, I'd suggest the Project Manager Support offre
What happens if the project evolves during the engagement?
That's the norm on complex projects. I adapt. If the scope changes significantly, we discuss it openly and adjust the engagement accordingly.
My project is confidential. How do you handle discretion?
I work under a systematic confidentiality agreement. Everything you share stays strictly between us.
