How long does an audit take?
It depends on the size of the project and the number of stakeholders to interview. I'll give you a precise estimate after our first conversation.
What does an audit cost?
The price depends on the scope: project size, number of interviews, organizational complexity. I work on a day-rate or fixed-fee basis depending on the context. We discuss it during the scoping call - no commitment required.
What do I need to prepare before the audit?
Not much. Access to existing documents (schedule, meeting minutes, org chart) and the availability of key people for 30–45 minute interviews. I adapt to what you have.
Does an audit always lead to a longer engagement?
No. The audit is a standalone service. Some clients use it to make an internal decision. Others then choose to hand me the project leadership. Both are possible - with no pressure on my part.
